St E report 02.14.08

Thank the Lord for a blessed time of sowing His Gospel seeds for Catherine, Malcolm and Jessie. As it was Valentine’s Day, there’re many people out on the streets. It was wonderful letting the Lord lead us to different groups of people and thank God for the privilege to simply declare His love to the people on the streets.

The Lord led the three of us to two girls sitting just outside the MRT station waiting for their friends to come. At initial stage, one of the girls denied the reality of God, and the existence of hell and heaven. Thank the Lord for working in her heart, for the Lord to use Malcolm to simply declare His word and thereafter she agree that God does exist and heaven and hell are places where souls go after we leave this earth! Though there is no profession of faith, thank the Lord for changing her heart into thinking that there is no God to agreeing that God exist! How wonderful it is!

Praise the Lord for leading us to two Filipino ladies, for them being open in hearing the Gospel. Thank God for the blessing and privilege in assuring one of the ladies of her salvation and her faith in Jesus Christ and thank God for opening their hearts in accepting our invitation to visit our church. Let us continue to pray for them that fruits may abide and for them to be able to worship God together with us!

It has been wonderful to be able to be a part of His work, to be simply a vessel for our mighty God, to witness the power of His Spirit, His love and His plan for all man-kind. Praise the Lord for all He is, all He had done, and what He will continue to do in time to come. What a blessing to trust in Jesus.
