St E report 11.15.07

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” – Proverbs 18:21

Thank the Lord for this verse to remind us the power of our tongues and the need to use what He has given us for His glory. By His grace and power, may our tongues share His life giving message to the ones He places us along our paths! It has been such a blessing this night, to be able to be part of His work.

Thank the Lord for bringing Samantha, Chiawen, Siqian, Catherine, Lester, Rogan, Malcolm and Jessie as the Lord led them to different groups of people this night to share about Christ amazing love for all man-kind. It has been great encouragement to their hearts to be able to witness His power!

The Lord led Samantha and Chiawen to hand out tracts to different groups of people, and thank God for the wonderful chance to even be a part of this amazing work! Thereafter, they had opportunity to present the full Gospel to a lady who does not believe in the existence of heaven and hell. It was a blessing to even just simply share His love and Chiawen thank the Lord for opening doors in doing so!

Siqian and Catherine started the night with prayer, looking to Him for opportunity to share to the one God had prepared for the night. It was a blessing to be able to share to this guy who came to them, with the hope of them purchasing the pen that he is promoting. Catherine took the opportunity to share the love of Christ to this guy. He is willing to hear the Gospel, and thank the Lord for opportunity to present the complete Gospel. His Word will not return to Him void, and praise the Lord for this wonderful promise!

Praise the Lord for bringing Lester and Malcolm to speak to a couple and meeting the needs of the hour. Both of them are of different faith and with the strong holds of their beliefs, praise the Lord for willing hearts to hear the love of Christ. It was a wonderful time for Lester and Malcolm to be able to speak to them about Jesus, let us continue to pray for all who heard and yet to make decisions for Him. It is all about Jesus, and only in Him we can have eternal life and knowing the meaning in life.

The Lord then led Rogan, Abigail and Jessie to different groups of people. There were some rejections intially, but after a short time of prayer, the Lord led them to two teenagers outside the MRT station. It was a clear leading from the Lord as they listened to the message of His love with attentiveness. Praise the Lord for clearing misconceptions on what Christianity is and even for bridges built. It was encouraging to them as they departed from the place; the young teens contacted us and thank us for sharing to them about Jesus Christ! Let us continue to pray for these two young teenagers that they will make the important decision in accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour! God is just so amazing. His heart for all is mind-blowing!

Praise the Lord for this night, all glory to you God. You are awesome.
