St E report 11.29.07

To God be the glory for another night of opened doors for sharing the good news to the souls out in the street. Thank God for bringing in Malcolm, Jessie, Teresa, Lester, Catherine, Si Qian, Hock Cai, John, Edmund, Jean and Rogan.

It has being a night of tracting for Catherine, Siqian and Hock Cai. Thank God for the opportunity to reach out to people of different nationalities. Praise the Lord for Si Qian taking a leap of faith to approach an ice cream seller – who claims there is nothing to worry about (sin, death and hell) and is confused with the many religions in the world and Christianity. He believes Jesus was just a man who became God after the death on the cross. Thank God for the three to be able to share the gospel with him and he may now know who Jesus truly is.

Thank God for leading Malcolm and Lester to a guy sitting just outside the Atrium @ Orchard. Thank the Lord for using both of them to share with him of another faith, who pondered on Adam’s eternal destiny after he sinned against God. Thank the Lord for using Malcolm to answer his questions and to share the gospel to him that God loves the sinner but hates the sins men commit.

It has been a night of encouragement to Jessie, Jean and Rogan. Sharing to three different groups of people. Thank the Lord for opened hearts of hearing and sharing. Thank the Lord for an eye-opener to Jean as she learnt of stepping out of her comfort zone to share the good news.

Praise the Lord for Teresa, John and Edmund as they met a group of two girls, one of them was saved during Easter last March and the other heard the full gospel. Pray that their path will be cross again. Ter, John and Ed then met a man from Sarawak, who is a Christian himself, express his happiness of meeting other Christians.

It’s been truly a wonderful night of sharing, teaching and learning for everybody in the team. Thank the Lord for the trainees were able to learn from their respective trainers. God is never a coincidence but He works in many, many ways.
