St E report 05.22.08

Thank the Lord for His love, grace, power and an always fruitful time of witnessing tonight. Praise God for a soul who accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour! What a tremendous joy it is to know that this person is willing to open up his heart to Jesus Christ! Praise God for all His working and His love!

With an opening prayer, Malcolm, Rei, Abigail, Daphne and Jessie broke up into groups going forth to share His love to the people on the streets. It has been a great blessing to be a part of this work as the Lord directed all their steps.

Abigail and Daphne went to three groups of people. Praise the Lord for this guy who was sitting down waiting for his friend, whom accepted Christ as his Saviour after hearing from the word of God! It was a clear divine appointment as the guy is very sure of what he heard and said that he believes it from his heart! What an encouragement it is to the hearts of both our sisters, whom the Lord used to share His love to this guy. What a good God we have, have done all, and love all.
Daphne gave an interesting illustration, claiming that the difference between our “religion” and the rest is ours is the difference between four and two letter word-- DONE, while the rest is about DO. Indeed, God has done all for us! Praise the Lord for everything!

The Lord led Malcolm, Rei and Jessie to these two guys who were sitting outside the MRT station resting. Praise God for an amazing time of sharing with these two guys for almost one hour and fifteen minutes! The Lord captured the attention of guy A, while guy B is fighting sleep due to the lack of sleep the previous day. Praise the Lord for Jesus Christ is being lifted up, and guy A is very clear of what is being presented. The Lord even opened doors for us to pray for them openly at the end of it all, may the words shared forth take root in their hearts and bridges built be counted for eternity in time to come!

It sure is a blessing to co-labor with the Holy Spirit to meet and share with people whom the Lord has planned for us. The Lord indeed is long suffering, not willing for any to perish! Let us continue to pray for the guy who accepted Christ to come to church and grow in Jesus! It has been an exciting day for us all! Praise the Lord!
