St E report 09.11.08

The Lord is gracious and wonderful! It was an exciting night of sowing seeds, and praise the Lord for working in the hearts of people! Thank God for His Spirit ever working and touching hearts!

The Lord brought Jiaxin for the first time to street e. She was so encouraged to witness the power of His Spirit during the time of approaching people and attempting to share to the people along the streets. It was an blessed time for Dawn, Jessie and Jiaxin as the trio approached a youth sitting at the stairs. She said, “Why don’t you all go down with me to meet up with my friends and share with them this good news too?” Straight after, the Lord led us down to meet up with her friends and we brought them all to share the good news at the same spot we met her.

Lo and behold, in total there are nine friends and we were amazed by the working of His Spirit for their attention and willingness to hear. It was even mind boggling when we realized that they missed the movie for 45minutes just to hear the full gospel!
Praise the Lord for this amazing experience, the chance to share the full gospel and the bridges built. Let us continue to pray for this group of youths and may the Lord bring them to church in time to come! God willing!

God led Eugene and Daphne to a group of girls sitting just outside Starbucks. It was a great time of sharing as hearts are very open to hearing the gospel of Christ. Thank God for bridges built, the chance to reassure one of the girls of her salvation made sometime back, and the opportunity to link all of them to us. Praise the Lord for all that He had done.

Malcolm and Melody had this divine appointment in reassuring one of the youth they met on the street of his salvation. Thank the Lord for leading them to another group of youth and the simple chance to declare the gospel. Praise the Lord for working in the heart of one youth as it is evident that he is struggling deep within as to decide to place his trust in Jesus or not. Let us continue to pray for him, for the Lord to continue to strive in his heart, and for him to trust in Jesus Christ fully! Nothing is impossible with GOD!

Thank the Lord for encouraging Melody’s heart as she took a step of faith to serve our God, and for heart to share Christ love to people along the streets.
