St E report 04.26.07

Thank God for a blessed time of sharing His Love amidst the busyness of our daily life at work, in school and even those working at home. Thank God for the twelve people who came with a common purpose and for the two souls that were added into His beautiful and eternal kingdom! Thank God also for those who’d started their academic year in the various Polytechnics who still made the time and effort to labor and witness for our Risen Lord and Savior. Thank God also for the faithful couple who despite their busy work schedule, still make time for the work of the ministry.

Thank the Lord for a big step of faith of our brothers and sisters in reaching out to a big group of young adults sitting at the side of the walkway. It was amazing how the conversation was directed to spiritual stuff and eventually the sharing of the Gospel. Let’s continue to pray that the word of God shared will not be in vain and will continue to strive in the hearts of men.

What a wonderful encouragement it is to the hearts of the soul winners as opportunities were given to speak to Christians on streets, encouraging us in continuing what we are doing and indeed His Love and majesty is evident everywhere. God is real!!! There is no doubt about it, and though there are some closed doors in speaking to certain individuals, we know love never fails and let’s continue to love those around us depending on our God, the God of Love.

Praise the Lord for the Divine opportunity for Daphne and Eunice in approaching a couple, and in His perfect timing after lifting up Jesus Christ, the person accepted the love of God and received Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior. With a soul saved, the host of heaven rejoices! Let us continue to pray for the Lord of harvest to send forth His laborers!

Tonight was a night of sowing, reaping, and rejoicing for many of us. It has been also a night of witnessing closed doors and yet another opening from the Lord, which just encourage the hearts of us all. Indeed God is real, and He never fails. Let us continue to have this faith in Him, and continue to stand firm to His promise, that when Jesus is being lifted up, all men will be drawn to Him.
