St E report 04.19.07

Praise the Lord for another teenage girl added into His Kingdom tonight!!! The Heavens rejoice!!!

Thank God for the five soul winners out on the streets tonight. Eunice joined us for the very 1st time and what a wonderful blessing and encouragement for her to witness the receptiveness of the people and their willingness to hear the Gospel.

Jessie and myself approached a group of teenagers selling writing pens. A group gathered as we started sharing but after a while, only 2 teenage girls stayed the course. Thank God we were able to reassure the salvation of one of them while the other took the step of faith and called on Christ to be her personal Lord and Savior!!!

Daphne, Eunice and Teresa had two Divine appointments. Teresa shared God’s love for us with a Filipino lady. We thank God for the opportunity for her to hear the simple Gospel in totality.

The three of them were later led to a group of teenagers whose ages range from 18 – 21 years old. Although they were of a different faith, they listened patiently and willingly to Daphne as she articulated God’s plan of salvation for all humanity.

The two girls in the group was clearly moved by what they’d heard and they’re so close to making the most important decision in their lives. Despite Daphne’s earnest pleading for their souls, they were held back by what they’d been taught all their lives.

It is sad to see people buying into the lies of Satan but let us persevere for one day, every knee shall bow and tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord!!! Romans 14:11

Regardless, we thank God and believe that His Word will not return to Him void. Isaiah 55:11

Last but not least, we thank God for His Faithfulness and Protection.

A couple of prayer requests from the St E team.

Our Lord is not kidding when He shared with us Matthew 9:37, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.”

Please pray for more laborers to be raised. Most of the faithful teens in the ministry are caught up with their academic calendar, which started this week. Jeremy’s down with illness and he’ll be enlisting in the Singapore Armed Forces soon.

Please also pray for direction of wisdom and direction for the ministry.

May all soul winners speak as the oracles of God and by His grace and power, may we minister with the ability which God supplies and that in all things, God be glorified through Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 4:11

Please remember the Sunday team in prayer as well. The team spent the past 3 months serving as trainers for the Netcasting course and we will be starting our evangelistic outreach proper this Sunday immediately after the 1st service. Again, please pray for more laborers to be raised up.

Please also remember the Netcasting graduates in prayer. Pray that they will not lose the passion for the lost and their fire for evangelism.

Pray for bro Ian Toh as he leads the “Witness” pillar in our church.
