St E report 04.12.07

Thank God for a great time of sharing His Word with 12 like-minded people in the vicinity of Plaza Singapura despite the heavy downpour. It was a profitable, rewarding and beneficial time for all who went. Praise God for all He has done for us.

Although she has only 2 weeks with us, sister Christine’s joined us and was encouraged by the work of our God, how real He is and He is still in the business of winning souls. She commented that the people whom she approached are so open and receptive to the Gospel and Jesus Christ. This is indeed the working of our dear Spirit of God. Indeed, the harvest truly is plenteous….

One of our team thank the Lord also for the opportunity to share to a group of teenagers who are open to His word and had the wonderful blessing to reassure them of their salvation by the Word of God. It was encouraging to see young people going out to the streets, taking steps of faith to trust in Him and sharing His word. Let’s continue to pray for one another as we step out in faith to do what He commands us to do.

Thank God for three youths who approached a guy in his mid thirties who seemed to be interested in visiting us on Sunday. Let’s remember him in our prayers that God will bring him in and help him grow in His grace.

It was just encouraging to the hearts of a couple who felt that the Lord is always gracious to bring them to the right person to hear His Word due to the short time they had every Thursday. The Spirit of God is always working and their heart overflowed with thanksgiving to our God, which is evident not just in their words, but also the smiles on their faces. Praise the Lord for this couple with the heart for Him.

Lastly, praise God for His ever-sufficient grace there for us, His Divine Love, His never faltering leading as we surrender ourselves to Him. It is just a joy to serve our living Lord and Savior who never fails.
